The formula that is supposed to be a "creamy-matte" that "glides on like butter, doesn't feather or bleed, and lasts so long you'll forget you're even wearing it." The majority of the shades were quite pigmented with full color payoff in a single stroke with a few in the more semi-opaque coverage range.

The texture was, on average, smooth, lightly creamy, and not too thick or too thin, so there was no tugging during application but the color didn't feel slippery while worn, which made them easier to apply straight from the tube and low-maintenance on the lips.

The wear time has been between four and six hours for most shades, and most shades were non-drying to lightly hydrating. They were vanilla-scented but had no discernible taste.

Ridiculously good. Even pigment, easy to apply and crisp around the edges. How do they do this for the price?

Usually I'm a big fan of Colourpop Creme Lux lipsticks, but I found 7 Springs to perform poorly in comparison to other shades in the line. It applied thin and patchy, and immediately settled into my lip lines, emphasizing them. Additional coats didn't do much to improve the situation. Rather than moisturizing my lips, the product just sat on top of them, posing a constant smudge risk. Its quality was just slightly better than a dollar store lipstick. I'm a warm-toned, tan natural blonde with blue eyes, so I had high hopes that this warm orange shade would be a flattering summer shade for me. I did my swatch homework but was surprised to find that, on me, 7 Springs took on a nearly beige cast. It washed me out. If its quality was better, I might play around with wearing it atop brighter lip liners or something, but given its flaws across the board I think this shade will be meeting the bin.

Really beautiful unique shade. Literally have not found a dupe from Colourpop, so good on them for making this. Temptalia is right, there's a little "slip," so I'd recommend using a lip liner. I don't have one right now for it but I prefer messy lipstick. I really like this for events or if I have a really simple eye and am in a rush for class. It's a really gorgeous, high-quality color which I recommend.

I own the shades Appy, Lay Over, Pinkies Up, LA Lady, Angel City, Liquid Courage, and Still Crazy. All of them apply well, and are creamy and easy to swipe. No pulling, no opacity issues, no lip drying. After blotting lightly with tissue, they also last just as long as a normal stain, unless you're eating a particularly messy meal. Plus a lot of these are "dupes" of more "prestige" lipsticks, so you can try a shade to see how it looks on you before committing to a more expensive lipstick. I subtracted half a star just because the CP website is very misleading when it comes to how these look in person as opposed to advertised, but researching actual swatches helps. I highly recommend these!

La Lady is a beautiful lipstick that applied easily with full pigmentation in just one swipe. It wears very comfortably, not heavy on the lips at all, and showed minimal fading after some popcorn and sipping on a soda throughout a movie!

The formula is super creamy and comfortable, but still matte. It feels like it starts in a creamy state and then dries down to a true matte after some time, but it doesn't dry out my lips. It is pretty longlasting for a creamy bullet lipstick, but not as resistant as a liquid lipstick of course. I don't know how, but it feels like the lipstick makes my lips look fuller. The colour confuses me a bit, in some lighting, it looks like a warm reddish pink, while in other lighting it looks like a gorgeous cool-toned, muted mauve on me. I do really like the colours on me though.
