Editor's Review

The formula is supposed to have "multidimensional shine" with a "non-sticky texture" that "nourishes" with "exceptional adherence." The opacity ranges from "opaque to transparent." The color coverage really does vary quite a bit, but most of the shades I've tried are sheer to medium in coverage--the brand could be clearer on which shades are opaque.

The consistency has a smooth, lightweight texture that wasn't tacky and was comfortable to wear. For the most part, they didn't seem to sink into my lip lines, which can be a pitfall of gloss. I didn't find the wear time to be better than average--three to four hours--but the formula was moderately hydrating. There was a subtle vanilla scent but no discernible taste when worn.

Claims / Ingredients

A luxurious lip color that delivers ethereally erotic color with the surreally seductive shine of a glossy balm.

This is my favourite lipgloss ever! I keep repurchasing it. It’s a great flesh color / MLBB (my lips but better gloss) for darker skinned beauties!

I know Christine gave it a C+ , and majority of the time I agree with her rating. But this gloss is so great, smooth, like a balmy texture, skiny and on my lips it's not that sheer , it's more a semi opaque formula. I don't experience the gloss getting on my lip lines nor emphasized them. Maybe it's due that my lip lines are not that pronouced I don't know.

I received this yesterday, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I've been searching for the perfect MLBB pink for years now, and this is it. PMG describes this as cool, and Christine describes it as warm, but I actually think it might be neutral and picks up cues from your skin tone. I say this because it neither made my teeth look extra yellow like warm tones, nor emphasized red acne scarring like cool tones. What it did do was pick up my skin's gold undertones and become the perfect radiant complement to my skin. The formula is wonderfully hydrating like a tinted lip oil, but with much better color payoff. It has a slight tack to it, but really just enough to know it's there. Do I wish it lasted for eight hours? Sure, but it lasts longer than most lip glosses and leaves a flush of color on very moist lips over time. I'm only too happy to reapply halfway through the day. Another random benefit that occurred to me is that unlike SO MANY lip products, I feel like I could wear this during a full on make out session without leaving a hideous mess behind. It's a great date formula! On my budget, this product was a splurge, but I know I will use every last drop.

Best quality of the PMG glosses I tried (bought skin show warm and colour Blitz sets). Overpriced for the quality but decent.

Disappointing, not pigmented, sticky and just mediocre.
