Soft Shader

Sonia G Soft Shader Brush is a medium-sized, thicker eyeshadow brush that can be used to apply product to the lid, though I felt it could work well for depositing color into the crease, for blending, for all-over application, for diffusing transition shades, or getting color into the inner tearduct. The bristles come to a more tapered shape that is rounded at the very edge.

The shape is what I imagine a blending brush would look like if flattened and doubled in density, and it seemed as versatile. I could see this being a brush that could be used for an entire look, though it might be a bit large for some eye shapes and could pack too much pigment because of its density (for those who are already heavy-handed or prefer sheerer coverage).

The brush was comfortable to use in any direction and in any manner I tried, from blending to buffing to packing on color, the brush moved fluidly, so I didn't feel any individual bristles. There were a few bristles that fluffed up a bit after washing, but it retained its shape overall.
