Okay, all these balm blushes coming out – I confess, I am interested! The palette is pretty to look at, but these aren’t shades and finishes I’m using lately.
Yes. PMG (the notorious) is really a maximalist. How DID she get on a pared down minimalist, but totally on trend train? Really did not expect this. It’s as if PMG did a crossover.
I do love a blush stick, so I look forward to seeing how these perform.
Based on Pat’s previous releases, I’m not sure what to expect from this new product—despite the verbose copy. Well, if nothing else, it’ll probably be better than those Chanel balm sticks.
I’m assuming the stick shown next to the eyeshadow quad in the second photo is the highlighter + balm duo. Even though it’s an existing product, maybe they could’ve spared a couple sentences from the description of the blush to explain it further, ha ha. For a moment I forgot that the balm in those is clear, so I was like, “why’s there only one shade description for a duo??”
These sound so yummy and easy to use for a perfect summer glow and hint of color! I’m definitely looking forward to the reviews for the Colour Balm sticks. 🌺🏵️🍇🪸
With the exception of Forbidden Fleur, this is such a limited and narrow color range. 🙁 I continue to love Pat’s formulas but be disappointed in her recent color choices.
I guess pink is the colour of Spring in the northern hemisphere and these offerings are consistent with Pat’s preference for the shade.
I do hope that these are of excellent quality, unlike the Chanel ones that were rubbish.
They eyeshadow quad will be interesting to see – hopefully the shimmery sparkles in Rose Fireglow won’t be too big or flaky.
It feels like she’s a little late to the game with the blush sticks. Almost every brand has some version on a non-powder blush whether it’s liquid, cream, balm, or gel. These are a skip for me – I’m very happy with the cream blushes I have from Westman Atelier and Victoria Beckham.
I’m not a fan of sheer balmy cheek products as they’re not the easiest to work with over powder and even on bare skin, they don’t last long, especially in the summer when NYC becomes an oppressively humid swamp. I’m also disappointed, but not at all surprised, to see yet another pink palette.
I haven’t bought much Pat for a few years but that eye palette is interesting. I’ll probably pick that up but wait and see on the balms although I like the shades better than her powder blushes. I get dark in summer and balms can be super sheer.
