Tulle is a light-medium coral with warmer undertones and a matte finish. The texture was moderately powdery, so there was light fallout during application and a tendency to sheer out. It was better built up over primer, but I was able to get to semi-opaque coverage in two layers without primer. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
