Urban Decay Cosmic 24/7 Moondust Eyeshadow ($22.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a bright, warmer white with silver-white and pale gold sparkle throughout. It looked lighter and less warm-toned at certain angles but then more like the pan color--soft beige--at other angles. The texture was smooth, almost emollient, and more firmly-pressed into the pan, but it wasn't stiff or difficult to pick up with a dry brush.
It had semi-opaque coverage applied with a dry brush and more opaque coverage applied with a dampened brush or a fingertip. It had very minimal fallout during application and was buildable in coverage. This shade lasted well for eight and a half hours with slight fallout over time.
This shade was similar in color to the original release.
