Bite Beauty - 50% Off Amuse Bouche Lipsticks & Matte Lip Crayons

Do you want the good news or the “bad news” first?  The good news is that all Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks and Matte Creme Lip Crayons are 50% off, so they’re $13 and $12 respectively.  The Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipsticks (now $12) and Lip Pencils (now $9) have been on sale for awhile, and it’s expected that they’re being reformulated as well.

The “bad news”? They’re both being reformulated so they’re vegan, so fingers crossed that the updated formulas are as good or better than the current formulas. There’s just always that chance that a formula you love doesn’t change for the better, and I love both of the current formulas, so I have my fingers, toes, and Mellan’s paws crossed for superb updates to test and review–and hey, I did want to update lip swatch photos for Amuse Bouches…

They’ll be available while supplies last or November 26th, and you can shop all of the products on sale on Bite Beauty and Sephora.

Here’s a list of some of my favorites from the products that are 50% off:

We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Well I’m glad I didn’t buy the colors I had my eyes on a couple weeks ago. I decided to wait for the usual holiday VIB sale, and now instead I got them for 50% off, and another cool-looking color they didn’t even have in store.

I REALLY hope the new vegan formula is as good or better than the current formula, because Bite is really my favorite lipstick. So comfortable!

I wonder if they’ll release a holiday tin set with the new formula? That would be a great way to try it out…

I was a bit surprised that we hadn’t seen any release news about their holiday set yet, so this really puts it into context. If the old formula is going to be on sale until Nov 26, is that when they plan to relaunch the new formula? I’m so curious!

Thank you for keeping us in the loop! I immediately ordered a new Cayenne (I’m nearing the end of the tube) and a backup of Kimchi. I don’t NEED any more lipstick but these 2 colors are among my all time favorite colors.

I have wanted Pink Salt since you reviewed it here on the blog and have just never taken the plunge. The sale has galvanized me to make a few more lipstick/pencil purchases since I like using them for Advent calendar gifts. I purchased off the Bite website as a couple of the things I wanted were sold out on the Sephora site. I am disappointed that the mini lipstick is in Rhubarb because I already have that but can’t remember if I got one for my daughter or not. I picked up the Charlotte Tilbury mini trio last year for her and she really only uses one shade with the other’s being too nude to work on her skin tone. I had to purchase on-line since the closest counter carrying CT is in Seattle. I won’t be doing that again. They are the perfect size for her Advent calendar though so any other mini gift sets or regular products that anyone knows of would be appreciated.

I win the price of most stupid, or maybe just most tired. 🙂
I decided to go to Bite Beautys site, just to look, and then I though, hey, maybe they have changed and ship to Europe. And I read something like, We ship internationally you can chose whatever at checkout. I just thought yay! And started looking, deciding on getting Kale, I’ve been wanting it for years and years. Then I went to checkout, and got the message, in angry red, that one or more products couldn’t be sent due to shipping restrictions,
I went back to read about shipping again and saw that, had I just continued to read a couple of lines more, it said something like We shop internationally to the following countries: Canada.
Duh!
Well, money saved, still no Kale or any other lovely lipstick from Bite, but come morning I might just smile a bit, thinking about the things I sometime do in the middle of the night. 😛

Well that’s weird…just yesterday I was thinking to myself how I would buy the Amuse Bouche in Radish if only it would go on sale lol

Really hope the new launch is good. I have a decent amount of faith that the quality will be good, but kind of worried that they will cut out some really pretty shades. I hope they continue to do mini sets, so people can test out the new formula without going all-in on full sizes

Man I hope they don’t reformulate the agave lip mask to be “vegan.” I’m not sure sheep mind us shearing their wool for the summer time to make lanolin!
