CL Niello vs TM Cosmic Collision….🤔
Calculating the eventual cost as well as accessibility for this one is going to be interesting, because I would only get one or the other.
But, I have been wanting Niello ever since I saw the swatches of it, so there’s that.
Niello is gorgeous – but really all their eyeshadows in this current range are.
These shadows are insane. Oh, to be 20 years old again so that I could wear them daily with impunity..
