Would be nice to vote by finish. I personally love the MAC Matte or Satin formula, but I don’t like Creamsheen, Frost or Amplified for example.
Sorry, it is categorized as Lipstick because that is what people search for (“MAC Russian Red Lipstick”) and also how the brand has it listed, so that information (about finish) doesn’t exist in our system, only our finishes.

Recent convert to the awesomeness of Pat McGrath’s Luxetrance lipsticks, they are my new favorites. Also a fan of the Urban Decay Cream and Comfort Matte formulas, and Marc Jacobs Beauty’s Lip Cremes.
Hear hear! I’m in love not only with Marc Jacob’s lip cremes but also with his Liquid Lip Crayons and I don’t think they get half the hype they deserve
I’m in love with Mac lipsticks, in particular matte and retromatte. But I Also own a loro of amplified too. Also Urban Decay lipsticks are great. What I like in particular of Mac (and ud) lipsticks Is that there Is huge variety of finishes and shades… in fact Is It not difficult to find a great lipstick formula… But usually the other brands I tried present Always the same Shades.
I would like sono much to try the bite beauty lipsticks, I’ve heared more than One time that they are the best in the currently market (and I can see It from the rating too) but here bite beauty is totaly unavailable ??
I’m a huge lipstick lover but I find Amuse Bouche waaaaay too thick for my tastes. I’d also nominate Smashbox’s Be Legendary formula – it’s stellar!
My favorites are Mac ( Satin, Luster and Amplified), Urban Decay (Cream, Sheer Shimmer) and Smashbox Be Legendary cream lipstick.
I am a huge Dior fan, love their Rouge lipsticks, Stellar Shine and Lacquer sticks. I must own at least 30 between all three formulas
Favorite l/s formulas are dependent on many factors, including season, weather, humidity, the current condition/status quo of your lips, the finish of the l/s re: your other m/u, longevity, the setting, formality of the occasion, etc., etc….There’s a place for all of these. My faves are Audacious, Pat, Besame, and Bite.

Also, love Besame; their near-mattes wear very well on me, and their creams are smooth and comfortable without being *glossy* — great stuff!

Also, very surprisingly, I rather like H&M’s cream lipstick (white lids). I have two nude colors and they go on smooth, aren’t drying, and while they may not last a long time, it’s easy to reapply without much care.
