I have to sift through all the duds to get a decent product from them lately. MAC me over has been the only collection that had some mediocre to decent products worth buying. Whoever was on the team when Heatherette came out needs to come back. Quality over quantity guys, hasn’t years of marketing told you that?…

Every time MAC comes out with a so-called ‘natural’ or ‘neutral’ collection, I’m dying for repromotes of the N collection, especially the lipsticks. Disappointed! Does anybody else think MAC has got a bit lazy with some of its product descriptions. ‘Neutral pink’? ‘Blue pink’? ‘Muted brown’? That doesn’t give me much to go on!

Probably my favorite of the collections Christine posted today. I totally missed the Blonde Brunette Redhead collection so I definitely want to check out those MSFs! I’m blonde but the Redhead MSF sounds so much prettier! Never used mineralize shadows before but Twilight Falls and Summer Haze sound pretty! Wonder what the 286 looks like…. 🙂

Blonde is my HG MSF. I have several others and only Petticoat comes even remotely close.

I’m a redhead now, so I may pick that MSF up too. 🙂

I didn’t get to pick up Redhead when it was first released; I wonder how the formula will be? The recent repromotes have been much softer and creamier in texture but not as pretty in the pan lol.

I’ve been on a makeup-buying ban for ages now for several reasons, but mainly because I have so much and feel like I don’t get enough use out of it. This is definitely going to be my ban breaker! At least I can start saving from now so it won’t be a bank breaker, too!

Are the mineral eyeshadows REALLY $23.50?? They can’t have increased the price by more than $3 in six months. Is that the info MAC gave you?

I like the sound of the lipsticks and the lipglasses but The Wee Coquette AGAIN?! They have repromoted this 2 times in the last year (Tartan Tale and MAC Me Over). It is a decent shade but can’t they repromote something new that is a cult favorite that people are looking for?

i’m pretty sure that i’m gonna get most of the things in this collection! i just hope it doesn’t have limited edition packaging, as it tends to look tacky. :/

why leave such a rude comment? I, as do many people find these articles very useful for the promotional pictures and descriptions. I feel even more grateful when Christine uses her time to upload swatches of these products so we can then determine which products we want so we don’t waste our money.

The sound of this collection just turns me on lol, The blushes, lipsticks, and eyeshadows OMG!! I PRAY this collection is not a “product” let down…I hope everything im interested in gets an A+ for final grade by Temptalia =)

LOL. I’m totally the same way. If it earns a B, I won’t consider it. The girls at my local MAC counter don’t like it when she grades them poorly because their sales wane. I love it! You go, Christine!

Already have redhead msf but will be picking up blonde to complete my bbr msfs! the two peach coloured msf blushes sound great too and I cant wait to see what the new brush looks like! havent been this excited since Colour craft 09! Hahaha! the eyeshadows seem lovely too, may pick a couple up if the formulation is nice. God darnit MAC for making my wallet empty!

I am interested in the blushes and the eyeshadow that seems like purple & gold but I´m not sure – they never look the same on the eye as in the pan 🙁

definitely picking up redhead. tempted to get a backup blonde, because i never touch mine now, afraid i’ll use it (even though, isn’t that what i bought it for? it’s just SO PERFECT!).

the apricot blush looks lovely, and i’m a sucker for pinky-peaches. MESs look beautiful in the pan, but i’ll wait for swatches.

i’ll try on the lipsticks and glosses before buying. i love colors like this, but i’ve learned that i really need to see them on me before i know if it’s a good investment!

Eh, nice shades but mostly everything seems dupable. More neutrals, mac just doesnt suprise me anymore. So many of the collections have had some terrible products in them.

I have the same problem with MSFs I just recently bought MSF in Lightscapade and I started to notice that it was causing me black heads around my cheekbones and close to my eyes, mineralized products are not a good option for everyones skin, that’s why I´m passing from the mineralizes blushes and MSF V.V

I just tested these yesterday.

OMG! the mineralize eyeshadows are everything they should ever have been but haven’t. I cannot vouch for how long they will last, but they feel smooth and almost creamy, the colors actually ARE multidimensional (always the hype, but true this time), and the color payoff is great. I wanted them all, but that would be a bit outside my budget.

I already have enough nude and nearly nude lipsticks, but this small collection of four actually manages to cover so many potential nudes – cool pink nude, neutral nude, warm peach nude, deep tan nude – i suspect these will FLY out of the store.

I didn’t test the glosses, but they coordinate so well with the lipsticks, i suspect these are gonna move fast, too…

I have more blushes than i can ever use (i rarely wear blush), so i didn’t pre-order any, but the 3 colors – cool pink, warm pink, and apricot – have a lot of potential. If you have a light hand, they will work on the pale and fair, and they are buildable for those who like more color.

I didn’t bother to test the two MSF’s – i just pre-ordered both (:-} blush)

This collection is really fabulous and wearable by almost everyone, and anyone who wants a change from all the bright reds, oranges, and fuchsias out there right now should find products to love.

I was hoping this would be more like the N Collection that came out a few years back… I am SO done with MAC’s mineralize eyeshadows… the lip products and MSF’s are something to look forward to, but I was hoping to see a repromote of Remotely Grey and some of the other N Collections shadows that haven’t made it back (why Nanogold is the color that comes back again and again is beyond me, there were so many pretty shades in that collection)

I wish they had some lip conditioners coming out like last years “Warm & Cozy?” collection. The mineralize eyeshadows are starting to bug me, they keep coming out over and over. They look so beautiful, you want to buy them but once you get them they are a let down. Can we get Veluxe Pearls in place of those hah.

Can anyone tell me what are the names of the shades (the leftmost and rightmost)on the photo posted?

I want to get “A perfect day” or “sweet sunrise”. I want the leftmost shade on the photo but I might get the wrong name since I’ll only get it via online..

A reply would really help me a lot from buying the wrong shade…

definitely interested in blonde msf a perfect day lipstick and in the sun ms, waiting for your swatches as to whether I get more from this collection. I think Mac are starting the year weel with Daphne Guiness, this collection and Iris Apfel. Theres some things from all collections I’m going to get whereas the collections in the fall I felt a bit ‘meh’ about and found it hard finding anything I actually wanted from them.

So I used my friends pillow talk and fell in love but it is sold out everywhere I can think to look :(. I was wondering if anyone knows a dupe for it any brand I absolutely fell in love with it so I would really like to purchase something like it. Or if any of you know of a place it is in stock
