I love fairies and the promo picture is so pretty! Nothing interests me in the collection though so I’ll pass. If there were fairies on the packaging I would have been tempted just for that.
Funny, that was my exact thought process, too! I love faeries, but I’m much more of a green faerie than a pink and purple faerie… still, if the packaging was faerie-themed I definitely would have at least picked up a lipstick or blush.
I agree. Some faerie-themed packaging would have made this so much better and more covetable, especially since it is a holiday collection.

I’m not a MAC girl, but these look very promising, especially for those with very fair complexions (holding hand up over here). It would be interesting to see how the new eyeshadow formula swatches.

I wish I knew the exact reason why, but MAC is widely known for releasing something like 20+ collections per year.

That’s a cool promo image, but……ANOTHER holiday collection, MAC? Really? *sighs* This looks more like a spring collection to me.
Such pretty promo images! If I had a book of all MAC artwork (didn’t they release one a few years back), I’d be pretty happy.
The collection is a fairly safe one, but I like fairies and the colours overall, so I’ll be picking some items up.
My wallet is thankful that this collection doesn’t have special packaging. I love fairies so I would have definitely picked up an item or two.
I love the promo pic — too bad it’s not on the packaging. The powdered products all sound/look good. I’m not sure about the lipsticks: They seem like they’ll be really light and sheer.
I love the colours! The Spellbinder blush and the eyeshadows are calling my name!
The only thing that’s deterring me is the fact that none of this has ANY special packaging. The last couple collections, save the Christmas ones had such blah packaging with nothing to separate it from regular line products. Are they even trying anymore in terms of artistic direction?

Those shadows look so pretty. Shine and shine and more shine! Just what I love! And the colors look pretty work-safe, too. You can bet I’m going to be at the MAC store on Dec 26!! I like that darker sparkly nail polish, too.
Disappointed there is no fairy themed packaging :(. I love anything fantasy related and I don’t want to buy any item just for the name…Mac needs to step up their game.
Does anyone have the link to where she swatches the new collections? I know I used to see posts like this that also showed swatches of the products going to be released but I can’t seem to find it.
Lovely collection, but it’s coming right on the heels of that time of year when many, if not most, have already spent (overspent!) their holiday season $$$’s. MAC should’ve waited at least till mid-late January!
I myself do want to buy several items here, but I have to wait till I get paid again on the 31st. Sure do hope my picks are still around then…..
I’m not crazy about this one. With a few exceptions, I’m not into MAC collections lately. I don’t see anything special.

I’m not sure what you’re looking for specifically or what you’re searching by, but when I search for any of the shades listed, all reviews show up that I have written.
I ordered Magic in Your Eyes. I just couldn’t resist. 🙂
Since the colors are so wearable and reviewed well, I have a feeling this collection is going to sell out fast, so I grabbed the foiled shadows in Enchanted Forest and Magic in Your Eyes, and lipstick in Among the Fireflies. Nordstroms is promising the items by Christmas Eve, so will be present to myself 🙂 MAC did nothing with the packaging, so I might have to put little fairy stickers on them LOL
Yes the 221 gonna get me several of them. They are the prefect size for crease work. I do also want to pick up a few other bit but the brush is the best bit 🙂
I just stopped by at Nordstrom and they said that they are not selling it in stores until its launch Saturday. Very disappointed not to see them in person.
