I have a huge fondness for Sam and Nic as Pixiwoo was my very first makeup related youtube subscription. I think they are highly approachable and non-judgemental. The flack they take over every single move they make on their own personal beauty quests is just staggering and for that I give them a ton of credit for their tenacity and professionalism. The vids reproducing key looks are epic and fun to watch even if you do not want to rock out the look yourself. Kudos and best wishes with lots of success to them on their book release.

I pre-ordered the physical version already. I’m looking forward to learning more about makeup. I have a lot of friends who like to ask me for makeup advice, but really, I only know what works for my own skin tone and type, and face and eye and lip shapes. I’m hoping this will give me a broader base of knowledge to point people in the right direction 🙂

Definitely buying this. I like the Chapman sisters. They’re talented and their advice is practical. I have learned a lot from watching their videos.

Hi Evo, did you ever get a reply on this?
I cannot seem to find the hard copy and I’m wondering when it will be available in Canada… I’m itching to have it!!

The Pixiwoo sisters were the first “YouTube gurus” I ever watched, and I copy many of their techniques to this day. I’ve so enjoyed following along with their lives, and have preordered both this and their documentary. Actually, I started watching their videos and reading your site at the same time, after a Google search for how to use the first MAC products I ever bought. ?

That noise you hear is me yelling “Yay!” while running around in circles. I’m so happy to see it on the US Amazon site. I saw their video for their book release, but they only had it up on the UK site then I think. I’m a fairly avid collector/reader of makeup instruction books and I love watching their videos, so this is like heaven for me. I can’t wait to get it!

I love these two women, they pioneered the video makeup chat/tutorial market and they still seem to turn out fresh ideas with such professionalism. I think I have seen have seen almost every one of their videos and I will be adding this book to my collection; Do I place it with the ‘P’ section under Pixi or the ‘W’ for Woo? LOL!
