About This Series
Each look idea is centered around a “quad” of four shades with the expectation that one might bring in the appropriate brow bone or additional transitional shade based on skin tone. Consider these ideas a jumping off point with four “core” colors that can inspire your next look. For reference, based on how I usually apply makeup, I would consider applying the shades in this order: inner lid, middle of lid, outer lid/crease, and crease/above crease or lid.

ColourPop wanted to do something, and I suggested putting together color stories since I felt like it being an all-matte and larger palette, it definitely could use some breakdowns 🙂

I really do like when you make these “quads”, I often find mega palettes hard to use just for all the options so these posts are very helpful.
I do like this matte palette, but there are too many shades I’d never use to make it an option for me. All yellow shades make me look very ill, pity, as I do like the colour itself.
